Creamy Chicken Divan@ Please Eat Your Vegetables – I LOVE DINNER IDEAS! I make menus with mostly new recipes each week, so AFW is a great source for inspiration! We had this for dinner this week, and made a few tweaks to the sauce: 1 cup broth, 1/2 cup unsweetened So Delicious coconut milk, 3 tablespoons white wine and thickened with 2 T ghee/2T sweet rice flour roux. I also mixed a cup of Daiya cheese into the mix! Delicious!
