Allergy Free Wednesdays #9

March 21st-25th, 2012

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).  AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

Visit previous AFW linky parties for even more delicious ideas!

Your weekly submissions will be shared on 6 blogs!  Additionally, each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before.  Please visit each blog to see their features!  Your hostesses:

Please read here for the rules and guidelines of our hop, as well as links to all previous parties!  2 WEEKLY SUBMISSIONS MAX PLEASE.

Until our cool visual key is done, here is a key for labeling your recipes:

GF = Gluten Free
DF = Dairy Free
SF = Refined Sugar Free
V = Vegan

I am on a major smoothie kick, got any recipes to throw my way? I will be looking for some to feature!

My Picks:

 Banana Bread Smoothie @ The Veggie Nook:  Banana  bread in smoothie form…RIDICULOUS!  Although I might have to add some spinach in and turn it green……….

Creamy Pasta Primavera@ The Rice of Life: I am always looking for dinner menus, and this one looks nice and simple, and it is a one dish wonder with the veg right in!

Teeny ‘inis’ – Zucchini  Tots@ Yum! Delish Dish by Liz:  I think my kids would love the fun shapes, and they remind me of Dr. Praegers Broccoli Bites, which my kids love!  A definite try!

When her third child was born with severe food allergies, Tessa took to the kitchen to figure out how to feed her family well. Always up for a culinary challenge, their journey has taken many twists and turns! Lots of Paleo, and lots of top 8 free. Good food for families, that's what she's about!
