Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).  AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

Visit previous AFW linky parties for even more delicious ideas!

Your weekly submissions will be shared on ALL 7 blogs!  Additionally, each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before and pin them on Pinterest.  Please visit each blog to see their features!  Your hostesses:

My Picks:

GF Pizza Muffins@ Premeditated Leftovers: These look like a perfect muffin to masquerade as a main course in the kids lunchboxes!  I am going to try and make it grain free for me….

Almost Raw Maple-Walnut Cups@ The Veggie Nook – A dessert to enjoy with minimal guilt…creamy!

Baked Coconut Chips@ The Fussiest Eater: I recently discovered a bag of roasted coconut chips and they were to DIE for!  And then to conveniently have this little recipe submitted….perfect!

Blueberry Breakfast Bars@ Quick & Easy, Cheap & Healthy -With all my fresh  blueberries…this is perfect!!

Reader Favs:

Why I NEVER Use Agave @ Real Food Forager

S’Mores Bars @ Hope’s Kitchen

When her third child was born with severe food allergies, Tessa took to the kitchen to figure out how to feed her family well. Always up for a culinary challenge, their journey has taken many twists and turns! Lots of Paleo, and lots of top 8 free. Good food for families, that's what she's about!

    Thanks so much for hosting!

Shared a recipe for blueberry chocolate chunk ice cream inspired by Nourishing traditions and a delicious recipe for salmon baked in foil.

    Have a blessed day!

  2. Hi Tessa! I hope you’re having a great week!

    Today I shared my Uh-Mazing Mocha Ice-Cream. It’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. And delicious. 😉

    Thanks for hosting us today!

This is my first time submitting to Allergy Free Wednesdays and I’m sharing a vegan basil spinach pesto and a banana blueberry smoothie! Look forward to checking out the other submissions! Thanks for hosting!

  4. Thanks for hosting such a wonderful collection of links!

I’m sharing my new recipe for homemade ketchup [DF, GF, SF, V]. I tried recipe after recipe but couldn’t find one that tasted anything like store-bought ketchup. This one tastes like store-bought but even better with the switch to real food ingredients. No high fructose corn syrup here!

A Real Food Ketchup Recipe (with lacto-fermented option)

  5. Thanks for featuring my recipe :) I’m so glad you like the look of it! It’s such a great summer treat!

    Hi Tessa,
I had trouble with the linky tool, and somehow it linked my recipe twice! I’m sorry for any trouble. Thank you and all the hostesses for putting this great event together week after week!
