When her third child was born with severe food allergies, Tessa took to the kitchen to figure out how to feed her family well. Always up for a culinary challenge, their journey has taken many twists and turns! Lots of Paleo, and lots of top 8 free. Good food for families, that's what she's about!

How freakin’ awesome. I have to wonder if whoever gets in the top 10 has a 90% better shot at getting the top spot, but I’m still super happy! I’m adding my SF Chocolate Milkshake this week. Thanks for hosting Tessa, and for your sweet words. :-)

Thanks for hosting! I just started a new blog for people healing autoimmune conditions through diet. The post I shared is my healing story, but I’ll be sharing other people’s stories over the coming months too, along with details on healing foods. It’s wonderful to join such a great community.

  7. Good morning! I brought Pork, Cabbage and Potato Bake, a one-dish wonder that preps in a couple of minutes and bakes all together to get a hearty supper on the table in about an hour. Grassfed beef is easily interchangeable for variety. Thanks for hosting!

  8. Thanks for hosting Tessa!

I’m sharing a Perfect Apple Cabbage Salad, A Creamy Cauliflower Soup (DF) w/ Herbed Olive Oil, and the Top 6 Episodes of BTP TV From 2012.
