My Picks:

How to Make Toasted Quinoa Flour (aka, ow to make quinoa flour actually TASTE good) @ Part Time Health Nut:  This is what I do to quinoa flour so that I like it!  Without toasting, I find quinoa flour NASTY.  But it is so darn nutritious with a decent amount of protein, this extra step sure makes it worth it and very tasty to boot!

Make Quinoa Flour Tasty by Toasting!

Broccoli Avocado Salad @ The Spinach Spot: looks like a great variation of a traditional raw bacon salad…we love avocados!

Raw Broccoli Salad w/ Avocado DressingChocolate Chip Cranberry Bread@ The Rice of Life: I adore fresh cranberry and chocolate together, so I am inspired to make my own, egg free and sugar free version of this!

When her third child was born with severe food allergies, Tessa took to the kitchen to figure out how to feed her family well. Always up for a culinary challenge, their journey has taken many twists and turns! Lots of Paleo, and lots of top 8 free. Good food for families, that's what she's about!
