Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW). AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.
Visit previous AFW linky parties for even more delicious ideas!

My Picks:
How to Make Toasted Quinoa Flour (aka, ow to make quinoa flour actually TASTE good) @ Part Time Health Nut: This is what I do to quinoa flour so that I like it! Without toasting, I find quinoa flour NASTY. But it is so darn nutritious with a decent amount of protein, this extra step sure makes it worth it and very tasty to boot!
Broccoli Avocado Salad @ The Spinach Spot: looks like a great variation of a traditional raw bacon salad…we love avocados!
Chocolate Chip Cranberry Bread@ The Rice of Life: I adore fresh cranberry and chocolate together, so I am inspired to make my own, egg free and sugar free version of this!
