Fish tacos have always been one of my favorite meals…even though I am not a fish lover!
With a bit of creativity, it is easy to to turn this beloved favorite into something super tasty and free of grains!
These crispy pan-fried fish pieces are delicious in their own right, but placing them atop a spicy slaw with various Mexican accouterments will have you hooked!
I often use coconut flour, but to hide the coconutty flavor, I use strong spices, and you can too! Add more or less to your preference, but you can also use almond flour too…just not quite as crunchy.
INGREDIENT NOTE: I use my own homemade Paleo mayonnaise in this recipe. With all the fillers, preservatives, and nasty oils used in almost all commercial mayonnaise, you are better off making your own too! It is super simple and infinitely more delicious than anything you buy in a jar!
