These muffins were an instant hit with my kiddos. They slicked up the whole batch before I was able to snap a picture!! While we have chosen raspberries…any berry will work well in this muffin!
We imagined these would be a perfect muffin to greet mom with on Mother’s Day morning.
BAKING NOTE: If you use frozen fruit, you will need to add some extra minutes in the cook time.
