Paleo Pumpkin Persimmon Smoothie or Pudding

  • 1 cup favorite non-dairy milk I use So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk, if making a smoothie, increase the amount to 1 1/2 cups, part cold water is fine too.
  • 1/2 cup fresh pumpkin puree
  • 1 ripe persimmon or one frozen dried
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder or increase to 2 tablespoons for extra dark chocolate flavor.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut butter or cream
  • 1 tablespoon grass fed gelatin protein source, use a handful of nut or hemp hearts for vegan
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 8-16 drops stevia liquid to taste or honey!


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until creamy and smooth.
