Ingredients

long grain rice

water

salt

broccoli
finely chopped

scallions thinly sliced

toasted sesame seeds

toasted sesame oil
Instructions
Bring the rice, water and salt to boil.
Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
After 10 minutes, add the broccoli and re-cover for 5 minutes until crisp tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, serve.
