1cuperythritolOR organic sugar OR stevia equvelant OR 3/4 cup honey, or any mix thereof
1/2cuplime juice
2cupsfrozen strawberriesabout, a bit more is fine
Instructions
Bring the water, hibiscus flowers. and preferred the sweetener to a boil, and immediately turn off heat, cover, and let steep 10 minutes.
Stir mixture a bit to ensure any granulated sugar is dissolved, and strain half into a blender (removing the hibiscus flowers). You puree in two batches because of the volume.
Using half the strawberries and lime juice, puree until smooth, and pour into a pitcher.
Continue with the remaining of the tea, lime, and strawberries, and once pureed, mix with the other in the pitcher.
Taste, and add additional sweetener if necessary (sweetness is very individual). Serve ice cold, stirring or shaking before pouring.
