Strawberry Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ingredients

cups
purified water
1
cup
hibiscus flower
or 8 hibiscus tea bags
1
cup
erythritol
OR organic sugar OR stevia equvelant OR 3/4 cup honey, or any mix thereof
1/2
cup
lime juice
2
cups
frozen strawberries
about, a bit more is fine
Instructions
Bring the water ,hibiscus flowers. and preferred sweetener to a boil, and immediately turn off heat, cover, and let steep 10 minutes.
Stir mixture a bit to ensure any granulated sugar is dissolved, and strain half into a bender. You puree in two batches
Using half the strawberries, puree until smooth, and pour into a pitcher.
Continue with the rest of the tea and strawberries, and once pureed, mix with the other in the pitcher.
Taste, and add additional sweetener if necessary (sweetness is very individual). Serve ice cold, stirring or shaking before pouring.
Notes
nutrition facts are using erythritol as a sweetener.
