An entire head of cauliflower is roasted and coated in a savory gluten free breading for an irresistible dinner side!
Clean cauliflower, and trim off leaves and any brown spots. Remove most of tough stem, leaving enough to keep the head intact.
Place the whole head of cauliflower into a large pot, and add one inch of water. Cover, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for about 15 minutes or until tender (a fork pierces easily).
