A full meal chocolate raspberry smoothie to satisfy you all morning long!  With collagen and avocado, this paleo smoothie is a healthy morning meal!

Another full meal deal smoothie.

This chocolate raspberry smoothie will keep you full and satisfied with it’s healthy fats, fiber, and protein.

Thick and creamy thanks to the addition of avocado, and the chocolate flavor disguises the baby greens!  Chocolate raspberry smoothie goodness, slurp!

Nutritious smoothie additions to consider:

A smoothie can be made into a balanced and healthy meal by balancing the healthy fats, protein, sugars, and fiber.  A full glass of only fruit is bound to lead to a major energy crash.

Here are some healthy ingredients you could add into ANY smoothie for a balancing boost!

  • Add some tasteless collagen for protein and gut healing goodness!  It’s great for hair/nails/and skin too!
  • Acacia fiber can be a great way to add fiber to feel full longer and improve digestion.  AND it does not thicken smoothies like other fibers!
  • I like to throw in our Vitamin D emulsion!  A huge majority of people are low in Vitamin D…and it plays a significant roll in healthy immune function (among other things).
  • MCT oil is a great way to add healthy fats for energy and brain function!

Additional healthy raspberry recipes:

Raspberries are sweet and tart in the same bite and are one my family’s favorite berries!  Here are some more ways to use them!

  • I like to serve my kids their favorite pancakes with this low sugar raspberry syrup!
  • My no bake dairy free raspberry cheesecake bars are to die for!
  • This keto raspberry smoothie is yum!
  • With a buttery crust and a berry filling, these raspberry crumble bars are right up my alley!

Hi there, just found your site,
I developed food allergies with severe reactions around 2 years ago and its been a huge learning curve. I have other allergies which I have had on and off all my life.
Apart from genetics I believe that anti biotics I had as a 6 week old didnt do my gut flora and bacteria any favours. Am trying to build those back up now, several decades later !
Its important to eat an anti inflammatory diet, heal the gut and switch off the immune system as it over reacts.
I am new to this and havent figured it out yet, but as new immune cells are made they learn from the older guys and girls what they need to react too, so somehow if we can stop a reaction for say 3-6 months and all the older cells have died off, then maybe we are on the road to less allergic reactions.

Like I said I am just figuring this out myself, it does mean no sinning and eating bad stuff, yet keeping the diet as varied as possible. Perhaps a rotation type diet, allergies are formed to stuff we eat every day…well in some folks anyway .

I have looked at histamine intolerance, leaky gut, mine is so much better after using certain supplements, no processed food etc.

    Wishing you all good health

Love it! I need to add avocado to my shopping list. I made a chocolate pudding a few times for the kids that included avocado and they ate it up, no questions.

Thanks for another great recipe for Motivation Monday!

This looks amazing, Tessa! Wow! I think you’ve got something there with the gelatin. I’ve been making smoothies every morning (with hemp protein) – so thick and creamy. That’s really my idea of a smoothie. Thick and creamy. Love! 🙂

Tessa this looks amazing! I just posted a cantaloupe smoothie last week using Great Lakes Gelatin (an excellent grass fed source of gelatin). Love having a quick breakfast with one of these smoothies. Can’t wait to try this :)!
